Delivery And Returns
Our orders are shipped through our logistics partner DHL.
Dispatch DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland): DHL, 1-2 business days, free of charge
Shipping EU (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland): DHL, 5-10 business days, free of charge
Shipping US (United States): DHL, 10-21 business days, free of charge
Deviations from the specified delivery time and availability may occur in exceptional cases
Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional local import charges or customs duties. All customs duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the package.
Remember that the carrier delivers between Monday and Friday during normal business hours and requires a signature on delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because you were not present at the first delivery attempt, the driver will leave a notification card. DHL will then try to deliver the shipment two more times. If a delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your mailbox so that you can pick up your shipment at the location indicated on the notification card.

Our customer service is always informed of the delivery status and will notify the recipient accordingly
In case of loss of an item or if it arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team immediately

All orders outside the EU are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). In some countries additional local import or customs duties apply
In non-EU countries, MDO also covers all import taxes and pays these before sending out parcels. In case that your parcel is stopped by customs pleae contact our customer service immediately.
We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. If a return of your purchase is required, you may arrange an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of the orderIn the event of revocation, we will refund to the Customer all payments received after the purchase, excluding the cost of return. Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals affixed. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. A refund will only be given once we have received the package. We recommend that you return the parcel with a proof of delivery and keep the confirmation of dispatch.
