ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Our orders are delivered via our logistics partner DHL.

Shipping to EU: 2–3 working days, free shipping.
Shipping to third countries*: 5-8 working days, free shipping* for all orders over $100 per order.

*For orders to the Middle East, UAE, Central- and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia the customer must carry all Shipping costs.

Deviations from the specified delivery time and availability may arise in exceptional cases. Orders outside the EU may incur additional local import fees and customs duties. All customs duties and importation fees payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the package. Our logistics partner operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours and will require a signature on delivery. If your package cannot be delivered because you were not at home, the driver will leave a notification card. DHL will try to make the delivery two more times. If after three attempts, a delivery is still unsuccessful, a notification will be left in your mailbox with details of how you can arrange to collect your package from the location indicated on the card. You can also arrange a new delivery date at www.dhl.de/nochmal-stellen. Our customer service team always know the delivery status and will notify the recipient accordingly. If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team immediately at care@mdo-skin.com.

Our products are shipped free of charge worldwide but explicitly to the following countries: Switzerland, all EU countries, the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, UAE. Other specific regions are planned, please contact our customer service for further questions about shipping conditions. For orders outside the EU, additional local import fees and customs duties may apply. All customs duties and importation fees payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Additional fees may apply for special shipping conditions and in certain countries. For further details, please contact our customer service for such inquiries. All orders outside the EU are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). In some countries, additional local import or customs duties apply.

RETURNS

We want you to be totally satisfied with the products you have purchased. If it is necessary to return your purchase, you can arrange an exchange or a return within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse the customer for all payments received after the purchase, excluding the return costs. Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals attached. Returns that do not meet the conditions of our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. All returns must be sent to this address: EC Express-Courier-Dienst GmbH, c/o Byrd Technologies GmbH and MDO Cosmetic Dermatology GmbH, Wuppertaler Straße 80, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany. Packages returned to us remain the responsibility of the customer. A refund will only be made once we have received the package. We recommend you send returns via a confirmed delivery service and keep the receipt confirming delivery.
